Where do we ship?
We ship within the United States, as well as to Canada and Mexico using USPS or UPS.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices.
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders for in stock items will be filled and shipped within 1-3 business days of order date. If the fulfillment time extends beyond 3 business days, we will contact you directly.
If items are out of stock and in production, you will still be able to purchase them. Estimated restock/dispatch days will be noted on the product pages.
Shipping time will depend on the shipping option you select at checkout, which can range from 1-5 business days in the United States, or 3-21 business days to Canada or Mexico.
Has my order shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us that includes your order tracking.
I never received my order
Please refer to your tracking to confirm that your order was placed and has been sent. If the tracking states that your order was delivered, please contact the shipping provider. Once the package is released from JAM Cosmetics to the shipping provider, we no longer have control over the package.
JAM Cosmetics is not responsible for packages after they are sent and do not endorse the guarantees of delivery times made by USPS. Your items are in the care of USPS once shipped, so any questions or concerns regarding your shipment are to be taken up with them directly at this point.
