COLORamp Eyeshadow Primer & Glitter Adhesive

JAM Cosmetic's ColorAMP is a safe, water-based eyeshadow primer and glitter adhesive. It is to be applied to the eyes/skin before adding eyeshadow or glitter on top.

Acts both as a color encancer (for eyeshadow) and glitter adhesive!

TIP: If using with eyeshadow, wait until ColorAMP dries to apply on top. If using with glitter, apply when still wet!
